Is every piece really one of a kind?
Yes. Each piece lists exactly one unit in stock because it is a single, physical object — once it sells, that exact ring, pendant, or bracelet will not be remade or restocked.
Are your opals natural?
Yes. Our fire opals are natural stones sourced from our mines in Mexico. We do not use synthetic or lab-grown material, and we do not dye or artificially treat the stones to change their color.
Can a ring be resized?
Most rings can be adjusted by our artisans. Check the product page for that specific ring's resizing details, and allow 1–2 extra business days before shipment if resizing is needed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping zones, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout once you enter your address.
